Mount St Mary celebrated record A level results with 40% of students getting A* or A grades in their exams.
In excess of 40% of GCSE students recorded grades 9 to 7 in their exams this year.
The Mount Headteacher, Anu Monga, said, “This has obviously been an extremely difficult year for our students and the results they have got are down to their hard work and tremendous determination.
“We have had a robust learning programme in place during the pandemic and these results are also tribute to the staff who have worked so hard to support their students.
“As a college, we do of course have concerns about the clarity of information that has come from central government and will be addressing that in due course and fully supporting those students who feel they wish to appeal their grades”.
The Open Morning for Mount St Mary’s College will take place on Saturday, 10 October, 2020 and for Barlborough Hall Preparatory School on Saturday, 3 October, 2020. For further information please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
