Our Lady of Perpetual Help School ‘Land Art’ for the Tour de Yorkshire

Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Primary School in Bentley, Doncaster created ‘Land Art’ for the Tour de Yorkshire passing through on 2 May.

Mr James, one of the parents, took the photograph below using his drone and it has been entered into the ‘Tour de Yorkshire Land Art’ competition.

One of the school staff, Miss Sylwia Wisniewska, the caretaker, Mr John Fisher, and some of the children created the ‘Land Art’.

The headteacher, Mrs Diane Collins, and staff escorted the very excited pupils out to see the riders go past on the A19 in Bentley.  Everyone was cheering and waving their flags – a very memorable day for the children!
