Kathleen Madigan, parishioner of Mother of God parish, Sheffield recently celebrated her Ninetieth birthday with a party attended by her many friends.
Kathleen was born to Irish parents. She was the youngest of four children.
She was a pupil at St Catherine’s school and then went on to work at Claremont Hospital.
Kathleen, whose hobbies are embroidery and watching sport on TV, never misses Sunday Mass and describes her parish as a community of “wonderful people, who are energetic and caring”.
Celebrations are pictured at the party on Kathleen’s birthday, 27 September, following a parish get-together on Sunday, 24 September.
