Holy Rood Whitby by the whalebones s

Last term Class 4 from Holy Rood School, Barnsley went on a residential and had the time of their lives.  They had a very busy schedule exploring the rock pools at Robin Hood’s Bay, visits to the Captain Cook Museum, Whitby Abbey, the Hole of Horcum and Scarborough Sea Life Centre, as well as simply having fun by playing games on the beach and being by the sea.  It was the first time away from home for many of the children, but they really enjoyed it and came home with many magical memories.
