Bishop Ralph plans to lead a Diocesan Pilgrimage to the Holy Land, departing from Manchester on 18 March and returning from Tel Aviv on 25 March, 2020.

The pilgrimage will follow closely the footsteps of the Master and will include visits to; Capernaum, The Sea of Galilee, Mount Tabor, Basilica of the Nativity, the Shepherds Fields, the Pools of Bethesda, St Anne’s Church, the Via Dolorosa, Church of the Holy Sepulchre (and the new Edicule), Mount of Olives, Dominus Flavit and the Garden of Gethsemane.

Pilgrims will celebrate daily Mass, including Mass at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.  We aim to visit parishes and share Masses with local Christians.

The accommodation throughout the pilgrimage is full board.  The all-inclusive cost of the pilgrimage is £1449 per person sharing, (there is an additional single room supplement).  There are no additional charges.  For those considering travelling early booking is advised to avoid surcharges.

Visiting the Holy Land is more than a personal Pilgrimage.  Your presence there gives hope, comfort and support to our Brothers and Sisters who suffer daily for their faith.
